I will email her to arrange when the photoshoot will and we shall also arrange to see each other before the shoot to discuss what she will be wearing and what the shoot will be like.

I am hoping to book the studio out in college times in early march. It needs to be block 2 as I know both me and both my models are free.

5. Have a focus group

20th February

My target audience is girls 14-18.  In my focus group I want to gather aroud 8 girls to share my ideas with them, also I will show them layout designs and ask a few questions. 

6. Plan my photoshoots

Once I know how my target audience feels about my ideas and what they want out of a girls music magazine I will make a plan of the shoot,displaying what I what mel and ed to wear, the poses they shall be doing, what I want the pictures tocome across as and the time and location of the two photoshoots. 

Im hoping to get atleast 50 replies. With these results I will create pie and bar charts to show the information I have gained.

I will shoot Ed at two different locations around college between12pm-2pm.

7. Mel's Photo Shoot Day

I will shoot Mel in the Media's studio. Before this date I will need to book a Camera which I will use to shoot Mel.

2nd March

9. Plan the pages

By the plans of my photoshoots,I should be able to decide which artist will take up the double spread and cover page. As well as plan the contents page, I may need to find other models to act as artists to fill up spaces on the contents page to make it more professional. If i need to do this, I shall set up another photoshoot. 

 

5th March

With my plans complete the target audience can fully response back with their opinion. They will help me decide my final page plans;  if they think changes should be made I shall ask them what I need to do to improve and make a few adjustments. 

8th March

11. Start editing pictures

Once the pages have been planned, I will need to decide what pictures from my photoshoot will be on each page. For my magazine to look proffessional I need to edit my pictures using Photoshop.

11th March

12. Deciding Fonts

I will have to research fonts which will best suit the magazies style. I will gain feedback from my focus group to make sure I make the right decision. I will use the website dafont.com to find fonts.

15th March

13. Creating, developing, editing pages.

20th March

I plan to start creating the magazine by 20th March. After reseach and planning, I shoud be able to create a magazine suiteable to my target audience.

14. Return back to my focus group

I will return back to my focus group once all of my first drafts are complete and I will take on board their feedback.

12th April

15. Make Improvements

I will improve my 3 pages from my focus group feedback to create draft 2 of my music magazine.

16. Evaluation questions

From the 20th April I will start to answer the 7 questions for my evaluation.
